Day 41
Another good run of Al Gonz's chest workout. This day was the first day I used the Ironmaster with this workout. I found the bench to be particularity helpful while doing incline flies and presses. Before, I was using a steel chair (Talk about ghetto lifting). Anywho, I defintely felt that this workout was killer on my chest. I felt a good pump going to the chest.
Day 42
I rested up and got some sleep. Pretty standard rest day.
