P90X Journal

This section is dedicated for the 2nd round of P90X I am doing. I finished my first round of P90X and thought it would be a neat idea to keep a daily log of my second round for entertainment and to motivate myself. During my first round of P90X I gained 10 pounds of muscle, despite some minor setbacks in the beginning weeks where I lost a little weight. When I started my first round of P90X, I weighed in at 145 pounds, but had a low body fat percentage. Therefore, I decided to bulk, bulk, bulk until I am satisfied.
