The Book of Lost Tales highlights a man's quest to finding better nutrition and health. This man had been living a life that was bound to catch up to him eventually. Poor nutrition, poor decisions and lack of exercise was leading this man down the wrong direction to living his life to the fullest. However, there still was hope for this man, as he was still young and had the whole world in front of him. Ultimately, an event changed this man's life forever that motivated him to become stronger, quicker and healthier. The journey to achieving this new goal was a rocky one at times. This man would really have to try hard to get what he wanted.
